Shreeram Group Pvt. Ltd. is an engineering company based in Koteshwor, Kathmandu. We design, build, and maintain ERP and AI systems for businesses in Nepal and abroad — fintech in South Africa, media in Germany, advanced materials in the United States, and consumer services in Singapore.
Our roots are in operations, not just software. The team has hands-on experience running distribution, import, and finance functions, which is why our Odoo implementations reflect how ledgers, warehouses, and letters of credit behave in the real world — not just how they look in a demo database.
We work in small senior teams, ship in versioned increments with explicit verification gates, and document everything. If it isn't tested and reproducible, it doesn't go to production.

I started Shreeram Group with a simple conviction: businesses in Nepal and beyond deserve the same standard of systems engineering as any global enterprise. My own path runs through both sides of the table — building financial data pipelines and ERP platforms as an engineer, and running finance and operations as an executive. That dual view shapes everything we ship: software that respects how ledgers, warehouses, and cash flows actually behave, not just how they look in a demo. We keep our teams small and senior, we test before we promise, and we document what we build. If we put our name on a system, it has to work on month-end close — not just on launch day. That is the bar, and it is non-negotiable.
Director of Engineering
Sagar leads the engineering practice at Shreeram Group. A senior Odoo / ERP developer by craft, he owns module architecture, third-party integrations, and the code-review and release discipline the whole team runs on. He came up through the hands-on route — designing, developing, customizing, and maintaining Odoo deployments across distribution, trading, and services businesses — and now sets the technical direction for every client engagement while mentoring the developer bench. His rule for the team is simple: no change ships without a test, and no test passes without being understood. When a production deployment misbehaves at an odd hour, Sagar is usually the first one reading the traceback.
Financial Advisor & Director
Prabha serves as Financial Advisor and Director at Shreeram Group. She guides the company's financial strategy, governance, and planning, and brings an independent financial lens to board-level decisions — from budgeting and pricing to long-term investment in the team. On client work, she advises where ERP meets accounting practice: chart-of-accounts design, statutory reporting, reconciliations, and internal controls. Her focus is making sure the numbers a system produces are numbers a business can stand behind — reconciled, auditable, and understood by the people who use them every day. For Prabha, an ERP is only finished when the finance team trusts it enough to close the books on it.
